Lean Activity Management Platform
Built an enterprise-scale platform that turns continuous-improvement work into a searchable, governed operating system with fast retrieval, analytics, and role-based access.
HAOTIAN ZHANG / SYSTEMS ENGINEER
I design production-minded pipelines that connect synthetic data, structured evaluation, and operational software. Current focus: a Lean Activity Management Platform used at enterprise scale and a CARLA-based hazard analysis workflow built for measurable results.
Built an enterprise-scale platform that turns continuous-improvement work into a searchable, governed operating system with fast retrieval, analytics, and role-based access.
Built a CARLA-based multimodal workflow for hazardous interaction analysis, covering scenario generation, data cleaning, inference, validation, and benchmark comparison.
The goal is not just to make systems run once. The goal is to make them measurable, maintainable, and useful after the first presentation is over.
01 / MODEL
I start from the operating context: data sources, handoff points, and the constraints that matter when a system has to survive beyond the lab.
02 / EVALUATE
I care about scoring, retrieval speed, comparison baselines, and clean interfaces between stages so results can be defended, not just shown.
03 / OPERATE
I prefer systems with governed access, understandable workflows, and maintainable foundations over prototypes that look complete but cannot carry real work.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.Eng. in Embedded and Cyber-Physical Systems from UC Irvine. If you want the fuller background, the project archive, or the writing side, the rest of the site is structured for that.
